Today's Intake:
B:  1 boiled egg, 1/2 nectarine  (6g P)
L:   3 oz. BBQ pork, few bites of potatoe salad, and few bites of Baked Beans (20g P)
S:   1 serving Cheez-it crackers and 1/2 nectarine  (2g P)
D:   3 oz. BBQ pork, few bites of potatoe salad, and few bites of Baked Beans  (20g P)
S:   Handful of Cheez-It crackers/sunflower seeds/dried fruit  (4g P)

D2:   Cheeseburger w/extra pickles from McD's (15g P)

Exercise:   Does walking around shopping count?   I didn't think so!

Walking counts...why wouldn't it?   I would only count the "walking time" and not the shopping time though  LOL
B: 2 cottage cheese pancakes
S: none
L: 3 oz tuna salad and 6 crackers
S: 1 Swiss laughing cow and 3 cups popcorn
D: 1 carb conscious tortilla and 1/4 c refried beans w/cheese
S: protein ice cream

Exercise: 32 minutes resistance training;
Fluids, plenty

Totals-Cals: 957               Fat: 32                Carbs: 79                 Pro: 86

    South Beach Peanut Butter Bar    =250

L: 3oz chicken deli meat
    1/2c cottage cheese
     1 oz ff chips                     =255

S   3oz grapes
     1oz beef jerky              =140

D  1/2c egg beaters slice of cheese
     1 turkey sausage patty
     1 English Muffin                           = 270

S    Soy Chips =  140

Total 1055.....
35 minutes on treadmill

Sandi,

I noticed that you do so well getting your exercise in.   I have good intentions and do great for a few days, then NOTHING for a few WEEKS.

What is your motivational secret?

LOL... We bought a new treadmill and I feel  guilty if I'm not on it. cause the $$$ we paid for it... HA@!!
Yes Sonja... We are loving the weight bench.. my hubby is using it more then me... I have alot of free weights that I use.. but I like the bench for my flys and bench press....
Damn, I can not do tricep dips... ughhhhh
I'm still figuring out how all the leg stuff works...
