I did not keep track of everything today once I left to go out but did really well anyway
b - 2 eggs, 2 slice bacon, 2 cups coffee with sugar free creamer
2 b - 1/4 c oatmeal with 1/4 c walnuts 1/4 tsp brown sugar and a little splash of milk
l - 9 chicken nuggets with ranch dressing and a few stolen fries
2 l - 1/4 cup taco meat with 1/4 c cheese dip and sour cream scooped up with a few taco chips
d - deep fried crayfish in mustard sauce, crawfish etoufee, deep fried pickles, a few onion rings
1/2 scoop toffee chip ice cream
hungry again so I think I will do some cheese and crackers before bed
