Yogurt every day works for my Mom.  I hate yogurt.  Salad is good for me with lots of full fat ranch dressing or a glass of milk.

I owed it to myself to research the duodenal switch before consenting to any other weight loss surgery and so do you.  Check out DSFacts.com and DuodenalSwitch.com for more information.  Remember think twice, cut once, revisions are risky and revision surgeons are rare.

Sandi-
Miralax is OTC and very effective. It is very gentle my son recieved an RX for it before it became OTC.  It can be mixed in anything and does NOT change it- it blends away. It takes Hunter one dose, but it might take you a couple of days as I have heard others say.
good luck I know this is a bear to cope with.
All the best to get things going...

you can always use a very old remedy, that worked for me years ago, and it regulated me really well, it is a big old spoonful of mineral oil once a day!! it really works and is gentle on you. it may take a few days to work, but it will keep you regular
