Yes I know it is Friday but we still need to be accountable!

Today's Intake:
B:  Egg McMuffin minus 1/2 the muffin, unsweet tea (18g P)
L:  Handful of dried fruit, sunflower seeds, and cashews ; Ham and Cheese Roll-up (26g P)
S:   Small Popcorn Chicken Salad (18g P)
S:  Handful of Peanut M&M's and 1/2 c. FUZE Banana Colada
D:  1c. Cheese Alfredo w/ brocolli and mushrooms (6g P)
S:  Protein Bar (15g P)

EXERCISE:   Just housecleaning this morning - vacuuming, washing and changing sheets, and bathrooms!

B: International coffee and 2 cottage cheese pancakes

L: 1/2 apple bee's spinach and shrimp salad (no dressing) and 2/3 bowl of french onion soup

D: 3 turkey meatballs with veggies and sauce
S: protein ice cream

Really had trouble with the meatballs, finding out how much stress affects my band now that it is pretty tight.

Exercise: 40 minutes weight lifting
