Keep Your Fingers Crossed!

I have had my house on the market for a month now.   My realtor called this evening and is showing it two times tomorrow and again on Saturday.
Keep you fingers crossed that I get an offer.
The weather has been horrible so haven't been able to do much outside but I have worked my butt off this evening cleaning and uncluttering!  
And funny thing is..........even though I felt horrible today, I had actually cleaned out in the garage today.  Perfect timing!
And............if anyone knows of any potential buyers in the eastern KY area.............feel free to send them my way!

Good luck on selling your house - I know you should get lots of credit for exercising for cleaning and uncluttering - especially the garage!  And you weren't even feeling well - I wimp out when I'm feeling bad.  But yesterday I saw Oprah's show  about "Clean up your cluttered house" and I felt like she was talking directly to me.  How did she know?  LOL

hey Leslie, congrats!!! that is awesome, at the same time it is a little sad, thinking you are gonna move away after starting to get to know you, maybe you will move close to the beach and I can come visit. I may be able to come tomorrow, will lnow for sure tonight!! I wil call ya.

I am not moving away just yet..................I have another year here in KY!
But................I also don't want to wait to try to sell and be "stuck"!
The market isn't very good right now so better to get an early start and let me save some $$!
