Better late than never with this...really feeling under the weather lately so food hasn't been right. When I am sick to my stomach seems like all I want is cabs....UGH
B: egg salad (2 eggs, relish and RF mayo) and 2 crackers
S: canned tuna and 7 grain crackers
L: 2 triangles of foccacia bread and 3 turkey meatballs with sauce and veggies
S: hummus and bagel crisps
D: protein ice cream and string cheese
S: protein ice cream
