Leslie, goodness!  I'm so glad you do like your doctor, though.  That's so important and the fact that she has worked with bypass patients is a real plus!

Didn't do well today eating - Holli, you're my new role model - I wish I could eat like you!  I can't seem to/don't want to eat anything these days.

Somedays it is easier than others.
Saw in another post you are heading out to DC!  Haven't been there in 5 years - my Best Friend is from MD and I used to spend a lot of time there!  Have fun.

Leslie I am so sorry you are having so much trouble, do you think you are eating enough??
I am glad they are fixing you up, i need to go for my 12months checkup, i just hate the trip to Ashland.
   today i had

B:protein drink
L. 1/2  regular bowl of chili from billy rays and 3 crackers
s: banana and some yoplait light yogurt
s: pillsbury cinnamon roll
d: piece of pepperoni thin crust pizza and a small piece of pineapple upside cake
s boneless smoked porkchop
and a few bites of popcorn, i wasnt home, and that makes it hard when everyone else is eating
oh and a cello choc. cherry

I need to go for my 1 yr. appt. too............although I need to call to see when it is.  We should try to get them the same day and maybe we could ride together!?!?!
I think I am eating enough............seems like I am always eating.

Today's Intake:
B:   protein shake. Body Fortress Choco Whey 130 cals, 33 gram fat
L:   Wendy's CBLT Salad.  Only mostly grilled chicken, some cucumber cheese, some lettuce. No dressing.
D:  Tuna (spring water) drained, with a melted cheddar cheese stick mixed.
Liquid intake:  water, lemonade crystal light, 1 12 oz coke zero (my surgeon did not say they'd hurt us or help us. He does allow us them, or at least his wife said so 8 weeks out from my surgery 4 yrs ago, almost 4 yrs ago. Diet Lipton Green Tea Citrus. 
Exercise:

Worked up to 35 mins on treadmill. 

I just started this getting back to basics thing last Thurs.  Weighed in at 259.4.  This morning I weighed 248.6.   I know it won't always come off this fast and it's mainly because I've so drastically changed my diet.  I let things here at home bring me down and get me to a place to where I was using food for comfort (again) but now my head is in the game and I'm on track and where I need to be.  I also don't eat after 6pm, not sure if that helps but I've heard the later u eat, the worse it is on u.

Nooo of course no one minds, this thread helps keep us all accountable. You're doing really good.

B- One biscuit with gravy
L- Tuna wrap with tomato and dill pickle spears (yummo) lol
D- double CB (wendys) sans the bun with a side salad and low fat dressing

Snack- not sure yet

Tuna wrap does sound yummy!  I love pickles though, that might be the attraction lol.

I could eat pickles with just about everything..
I would like to make salmon patties, the healthy way.. just not sure how.
