Good Evening Ladies....
Here we go again!

B: 1/2 cup egg beaters,slice of cheese, English Muffin-==210

L: (Homemade Pita Pizza Again)- === 245
     Pita 100
     1/4 c Sauce 30
     1/4c Cheese: 80
     1/2 serv. Turkey pepp. 35

S #1. Protein Bar ===190

S #2  1oz Beef Jerky 80
           1oz Pretzels-  100===180 

D: 2oz ribeye Steak 170
     3/4 c Obrien Potatoes- 60= = 230

Total  1055
over 90 oz of water today....
35 minutes on treadmill

I find it hard to get calories for Steak.. with all the different cuts.. I went with daily plate.. and rounded up..lol

hi, I am gonna try and write my things down again, trying to get back on track

lunch :  stuffed chicken breast 270 calories

snack:, 1/2 a container of yoplait light 55 calories

piece of fat free cheese and 1/2 serving of low fat turkey,  30 calories and 35 calories

 dinner :1 manwich using ground turkey , I am guessing around 220 calories.  and a few pork rinds, probably 50 calories

for night snack either no sugar added ice cream bar, or a protein bar. less than 200 calories.
i have drank about 40 oz. a few arm lifts with 5 pound weights, thats it. 
changed my mind and just ate some 98% fat free chicken and a slice of fat free cheese.

Doesn't seem like it has been much but here goes............

B:   1/2 bagel w/ cream cheese, 1/2 c. OJ, 1 boiled egg
L:   1 slice supreme pizza, small salad w/cheese, 1 bread stick
S:   Handful of cashews
D:   3 oz. grilled chicken, few bites of salad, handful of peanuts
D2:  1 cheeseburger w/ extra pickles from McD's minus 1/2 the bun

Well...........after looking at that, I guess I ate more than I realized!!!

This afternoon I even went for a walk at the track (1.6 Miles).  The air felt good even though I didn't have a ton of energy.

Going for more lab work in the morning.

Hi everyone,

Had trouble with getting in the protein again today - argh!  Didn't really eat part of a Taco Bell taco, but ate one from Tumbleweed - no nutritional information for them.

B- Sausage/Egg Biscuit with 1/2 of the biscuit
L- Protein Pizza- flatout wrap, pizza sauce, turkey pepperoni, chicken chunks and 2% mozz cheese (very yummy)
D- Bbq ribs & some green beans

S- will probably have 2 SF Popsicles

No elliptical today, tons of cleaning though!

katrina that  pizza sounds gooood..
debbie,  I substitute restaurant info sometimes too.
Like I fried chicken yesterday but didn't know how  ot classify it so  I went with Lee's famouse recipe 4 oz piece of chicken..
  didnt know how else to do it!

Hey all, a little late with this:
B: 2 hard boiled eggs
S: string cheese
L: 7 grain flatbread crackers and 4 ounces tuna
S: string cheese
D: 4 oz blackened tuna steak w/bleu cheese, couple bites foccacia bread, 1 1/2 glasses white wine, 3 small bites cheese cake
S: protein ice cream

Ate too much at dinner and paid for it ALL night....

Exercise: 35 minutes weight/resistance and 10 minutes cycling
