Have been trouble getting in my protein, so I made a smoothie this afternoon with a Carbmaster Yogurt, a scoop of Nectar protein powder, crystal light and frozen berries.  It was so delicious and I made my protein requirement for the day that way!  Woo hoo!

1 slice of grilled bread with 1 slice cheddar cheese and 2 slices american cheese

jambalaya - mostly sausage with a little rice
snack - handful of peanut m&m's

because of you I started tracking my food again and as a result I can see how horribly low my protein is for the day

so getting myself to the kitchen for a protein drink now!

B: 2 cottage cheese pancakes w/ 2 oz yogurt and international coffee
S: 2 oz tuna w/ 1 tsp LF mayo; 5 LF wheat thins
L: chicken pot pie crepe
S: 6 bagel crisps and 2 laughing cow (Lite) Swiss wedges
D: 3 turkey meatballs w/sauce and Parmesan cheese, stalk celery and 1 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
S: protein ice cream

Exercise: 31 minutes cycling
Fluids: about 80 oz

Ok so I'm trying to up my calories a bit.. a trainer once told me NEVER go under 1200 calories cause it can slow your weight loss down.. gotta keep that body fueled.. and I've been under that lately...
