I'm not going to go all fancy-schmancy with a chart today but maybe I'll get back onto fit day tomorrow!

Today I haven't had much YET....


-coffee/milk combo

- 4 jalapeno sausage balls (SPICY!!!)  These were Bob Evan's and not bad as far
   as carbs go....kinda high in fat though

- about 6 pretzel sticks dipped in ranch dip

This is the plan for the rest of the day:

- I'm grilling steak with sauteed onions and steaming cauliflower for mine and Rich's supper which will be around 8pm when I drag his butt out of the man cave long enough to eat

- 2 (yes just TWO Dawn****d oatmeal cookies for dessert (the cheap but yummy kind)

Hi all, not too bad today...I think I am finally settling into my fill
B: 2 cottage cheese pancakes and 2 oz yogurt, international SF, FF coffee
S: none
L: 1 blackened tilapia fillet and tomato slice and cucumber slice
S: 1.5 oz peanuts
D: the other blackened tilapia fillet and cucumber/tomato slices, 2 Laughing Cow swiss wedges
S: protein ice cream

Exercise: 35 minutes resistance training
Fluids: about 80 ounces

breakfast - scrambled egg, 1 slice toast with butter, coffee with sugar free cream

breakfast 2 - a bite or two of eggs and sausage

snack - banana scream protein shake with milk

lunch - 2 slices sara lee bread with 3 slices of turkey, 1 slice of provolone and mayo

snack - 1 slice bread 1.5 slices turkey, .5 slice cheddar cheese

dinner - 1 fish filet, a few steak fries and a bite or two of green beans

snack - strawberry cupcake with strawberry icing - damn those things
banana scream protein shake with milk

calories - 2159  carbs - 165  fat - 114  protein - 120

As far as exercise, I done 10 minutes on the Elliptical this morning. I know it's not much but being outta the exercise game for awhile, it was a workout!!

I should log it but I find fitday sooo exhausting..
