Valentine's Accountability Anyone?

I see no one wanted to post yesterday's accountability....LOL  That or everyone was sooooo enjoying themselves on such a beautiful day no one got back on last night to start it.  I will 'fess up first for yesterday.   I ate bad....and I paid the price since I had another fill; bread and I DO NOT get along together.  Spent the day at a park with the dogs and let them run; unfortunately they found the first green scummy pond they could find and went swimming.  SO that then meant baths when we got home    ugh
B: 2 eggs, International Coffee Chai Latte (SF, FF)
S: string cheese and 2 cottage cheese pancakes
L: 2/3 Bob Evans turkey and spinach egg-lites omelet
S: 1/3 egg lites omelet and home fries
D: string cheesesection and biscuit (not good); Fuze beverage
S: Protein ice cream

Totals: Cals: 1300             Fat: 63             Carbs: 74                Pro: 110

Exercise: 35 minutes circuit training; 2 hours hiking (4 mile hike); Bathing dogs
Fluids: plenty

you said you ate bad... BUT (i am always an optimist) at least you got all your protein in!

Thank you teach.... I need to put things in perspective....in the grand scheme of things 1300 cals and 100+ gms of protein is NOT eating bad....I just felt guilty because I succumbed to the Bob Evans Home Fries  LOL

Hey,
Well lets just say.. I had a good day until Dessert.. which was choc chip cookie cake.. then I had a couple hershey kisses... and before bed.. another piece of choc chip cookie cake.. BUTTTTTT I did pack the cake and box of candy up and make my husband take it to work!! so it's OUT of the house!
