B Protein Shake 140 cal
S 1 cup mushroom soup
L 1/2 c mashed potatos
S 2 tbsp peanut butter with sf jelly

I admit, I don't like pureed veggies or meat and I'm running out of ideas of what to eat.

Hi Kris,

What about refried beans, tofu, maybe some soy crumbles w/ marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese?
Once you are at least a month out, grilled or baked fish is really soft and loaded with protein.
It won't be long until you can have more variety in your diet.

Hey Kris, blenderized white chicken chili is REALLLLLLY good, as well as regulat chili.  Also I would combine a can of refried beans, a can of white meat chcken, 2 big tbsp of salsa and 2 tbsp of taco sauce in the belnder, heat it up and top with LF mozarella cheese!   Real good and flavorful.
I found that making chilis and stews and then blenderizing my portions at this stage would still let me cook for my family and freeze portions for later dates.

The chili sounds really good. Thanks for the help! I will try this.
