Spring Fling Challenge Goals
My goals...
1) Exercise 30 mins or more each day
2) try and lose the 80 pounds I've regained no matter how long it takes.
3) I will not start snacking because I'm nervous or stressed out. I will stay motivated and determined.
Katrina, u still my partner? I know I'll need some support and I promise to be here for any of u who need it! Anytime!

Hi, Everyone
Well here we go, I am teamed up with Vicki B and we are both prepared to succeed!
1) My goal is to lose "8" pounds in the next two months.
2) Send an encouraging email to my team mate everyday during the challenge.
3) Give up sweet tea during the two months of the challenge.
Best of success to all of you and remember to be as good as you already know you are.

Here I am....better late than never!!
My goals:
1) To start eating at regular intervals which should help me control my mindless eating at night.
2) To follow the rules! Protein first, veggies second and GOOD carbs last (if I have room)
3) To get my water in EVERY day.
4) To see the scale move DOWN if even a little....(not set number though)
5) To get back to the gym NO LESS than 3 times per week. Extra credit given for additional days and for Wii Fit usage!
Vicki in a clamshell.....are you settled in enough to start yet??? My exercise goal might not work too well after my surgery on Friday as I'm not sure what my restrictions will be and for how long (this isn't a regular lap procedure to due mesh I have due to a hernia repair). Will have to play that one by ear.
