S South Beach Peanut Butter Bar 140
L 1/2 cup egg beaters, ham, slice of cheese and english muffin  280
S 1 string cheese, 1 yogurt  160
D  Turkey Taco ( no shell) (3oz ground turkey, 1/2 serving baked tostitos, 1/4 cup cheese, onions,tomatoe,salsa,) aprox 300

Total- around 1100
Took the day off of exercising.

B: cottage cheese pancakes (2) with smuckers 100% fruit spread; Chai Tea w/skim milk (SF)

L: turkey kielbasa and steamed veggies
S: 2/3 c 1% cottage cheese
D: 1/2 Chipotle salad bowl w/ chicken and black beans, 1 tbsp guac and 3 chips
S: Will be protein ice cream...of course (I made Chunky Monkey!)

Exercise: 40 minute bike ride (in spandex LOL) AND 32 minutes circuit training
Fluids: more than 80 oz

oh God - I really need to make sure I eat this weekend - I start moving tomorrow and am so worried it's going to get worse

b- 1 slice whole wheat toast with peanut butter -
l - bean soup
s - 4 bite size reese cups and a handful of doritos
d - two bites of steak - I sat my plate on the couch and my dog ate the rest
s - about 1/2 a plate of drunken chicken from J Gumbo's without the rice

that's only about 70 grams of protein today, tomorrow I'll have ice so I'll break out the protein shakes if I have to

L:  3 oz. BBQ pork, 1/4 c. loaded potatoe salad

S:  3 crackers, 10 chocolate espresso beans

D:  3 oz. BBQ pork, 1/4 c. loaded potatoe salad

D2: 1 Beef taco on a low-carb high-protein wrap

S:  1/2. cup Rice Chex cereal w/ skim milk
