Yeah the power is back on!!! But booooooooooo we missed LOST!

L 4 oz Turkey, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1oz chips-215
S bag of Soy Crisps, 1 oz Beef Jerky-220
D 1.5 oz of Ribeye Steak, 1/2 of small baked potatoe with 1 sp of light sour cream, and 1/2 serving of 2 % cheese- aprox 380

I was bad today...for some reason when I started eating my baked tostitos at dinner...I could not stop until I ate 20 of them instead of the normal 6....ugh!
B: 1/2 c 1% cottage cheese, FUZE drink and SF chai tea with skim milk
S; 1/2 c 1% cottage cheese
L: 1 c cream of chicken soup with skim milk
S: 4 tbsp pumpkin seeds and 1/2 c 1% cottage cheese
D: White chicken chili (blenderized) with RF Parmesan cheese and RF sour cream. 20 Baked tostitos
S: 6 oz protein ice cream


Exercise: none..sick kid and lazy mom today

Fluids: LOTS!

didn't eat enough yesterday and looks like today is going to be the same way

I might have to set my phone to ring at two hour intervals to make myself eat a bite or two just to get food in

maybe I am just nervous about the move - I have never forgotten to eat before

2 eggs, 1 slice of toast with butter
3 oz fiesta chicken with cheese and sour cream
2 slim jims
1 caramel cookie
3 oz fiesta chicken with cheese and sour cream
1 more caramel cookie
a few handfuls of popcorn
a bag of peanuts
