spring fling challenge!!!!
Ok peeeps I need SOME more peeps for the challenge.. any takers??? These peeps can be post op, pre-op or just researching!!!
You set your own goals, they do not have to be like minded goals. I am gonna use Becca as a example..
Becca(this is made up, I have no idea what Becca is doing) is going to send sandy a pm... SANDI, these are my goals for the two month challenge.. I want to exercise thirty minutes a day, not to eat junk and try not to concentrate on the scales.. THAT'S IT.. Sandi's can be to loose 5 pounds a month and they will support each other to make sure it gets accomplished.. they dont have to be like minded goals.. My goals will be different then leeann's im sure. It's more about having a buddy to help you out then who will loose more. the gift at the end is incentive to stick to the goals.. U will have to post weekly to make sure your achieving those goals to each other..
U can creat a chart if u like.. you have to decide how and what you want accomplished!!

I'd be interested in the challenge, but haven't had surgery yet. SO, if you get any takers that are in the same boat, I'm in! (Unless I can join w/o surgery) You let me know...won't hurt my feelings a bit!

I agree on the setting your own goals thing and that they don't have to match your partners.
I am SOOO slow on the scales now that I'm down to the last 20 pounds that I can't see myself winning to a person who is still actively losing. Plus my biggest demon is to get through the darn day without eating something I shouldn't. So my goal is to eat correctly and exercise regardless of who my partner is. If my partner wants to focus on numbers then I will support them by all means.
Maybe the scale people can start a sub-challenge?
