yep...that would have been me. Also try it leaning back (and pulling with your upper arms and "skiing uphill") or leaning forward ) and pushing with your upper arms and the fronts of your legs) putting more of the weight onto your arms or onto your back muscles....you won't be able to lift your arms for a week!

I have heard spinning will kick some booty!! I wish I had a gym near me with childcare!! I have nonoe to watch the kiddo cause todd works 10 hour days and two hours in driving.. so Im stuck doing what I can here at home..
the gazelle is pretty nice though.. I might take my taxes and buy a eliptical.. I think thats spelled right?
Any other suggestions for at home exercise? I love pilates but I lost my favorite dvd need to see if I can find one on amazon or ebay..
