 Hi all,

I'm doing well but am sore.  I still have my JP drain in but hope to get it out tomorrow.  My surgery was Tues. and Dave brings in the mail to the hospital on Wed. and I've got a jury duty summons for March 2nd!!! I'm going to call Dr. Geller tomorrow and see if he can write  note that I'm still under his care and se if I can at least postpone it until school is out.

I've done well on mushies and other than a little burping and serious bowel rumblings and a little runny stuff I'm doing well.  My blood sugar and blood pressure are normal so if I only lost 10 lbs. it will be worth it.  I got to my PCP on Thurs. and I hope she takes me off a lot of my meds.  I don't think I'm up to the downtown meeting but I'll be at Surburban on that Thurs.

I'll be reading the boards to catch up since I was in the hospital so hope to hear from ya soon.

Glad to hear you are doing well. I hope you definitely get out of jury duty! Tomorrow is my big day and I am excited and nervous. Thanks for sharing. That helps.

Jury Duty, Yech!!  I had jury duty a couple years ago.  I did get picked for a child abuse case.  OMG is was horrible.  I was at the courthouse almost every day for over 3 weeks.  It was much harder than I thought.  I would try to get out of it.  If you get picked for a case it is exhausting.
