Fantastic weather!!

The sun is shinning....it's 62 degrees outisde....the snow has melted away....and when I look out my kitchen window I can see ducks nesting around the pond and a couple Canadian geese down there strutting their stuff too!!

Simply beautiful....as long as you don't look at the bent and broken trees!

lol.....i'm off for a small nap as Pebbles and Bam Bam are having a little fued with each other today!  See y'all on here later tonight!

I agree; it is simply beautiful.  It is hard to imagine that a week ago we were literally freezing and in the dark.
I hear the birds singing and the water crackling in the creek. Since I cannot lift the branches, and broken trees and DH is absolultely NOT allowed to lift it may be awhile til they are all cleaned up.  A friend is doing a bit at a time for me.  I am so thankful to just have a friend who is kind enough to do it.
good friends are like today....crisp, sunny and priceless!
Becka hope your nap relieved the pain Pebbles and Bam Bam are creating.

I agree .. Beautiful! Just got back from the park with the kids.. they ran around and played for the last couple of hours.. I made sure to get them out on such a beautiful day.

Okay, I took the 2 dogs (labs) to a park for about 2 hours and took a 2 mile hike on a muddy, warm, sunny path.  I let them off leash and let them RUUUUNNNNNN...and boy did they have a blast!  We played hide-and-seek in the tall grass and they even found a stream to roll in.  They tracked rabbits and jumped in mud puddles and had just a wonderful day.  I laughed all afternoon at them and walked my own butt off hiking on muddy hills and paths.  Worked up a good sweat and laughed more than I have in a long time!   What a gorgeous day!

I agree!  I took my kids to the zoo in Evansville today.  I was really surprised that a lot of people weren't there.  We stayed about 3 hours and the boys fell asleep on the way home.  Nice afternoon!

It was really pretty today, I opened a couple of windows to get fresh air into the house.   We basically stayed around the house.  I cooked breakfast and we watched a couple movies as the bum knee was giving me fits today.

We did however go over to see Bobbi's apartment since she finally got all the interior designing done in the apartment.  She has it fixed up so nice.   At lease some of her college studies are going to good use until she graduates.  I got to play with the grandkitties

Hope Pebbles and BamBam settles down, maybe the Qdoba's stirred them up maybe.

oh it was a nice day I also opened my windows & let the fresh air in & mopped the kitchen floor then went out side all day & burnt tree limbs & have so many more to burn they are all over the place it will take a while to get this mess cleaned up ,I am so ready for it to stay warm sick of the snow now
