First 80.5 pounds lost with 3cc's in a 14 ccband now at 7cc's in 14cc band
he sounds just like my husband - the scale goes from 185-195 depending on the time of day and he's been that weight for 25 years. I could watch him eat before surgery and gain weight.

Count me in and I volunteer to be Vicki's partner....we are close enough to really make something good of this!! Even if we have different programs we still have to exercise so that's one commonality! I'd also say we could challenge each other to stay on our individual tracks too.
Maybe not even focus so much on who loses more weight, yadda yadda yadda....

Dawn, thanks for putting this together! I love the idea of pairing up with a buddy! It would be great to have someone to be accountable to every day!
However, I don't want to set a weight loss goal for a certain amount a certain date. For me, that puts me in a bad mindset, I get way to focused on the scale, make myself crazy and I don't focus on what I need to be doing everyday for myself.
I would rather set action related goals, such as... I will walk two miles everyday or I will get in 75 grams of protein every day, or I will dring 64 ounces of water a day, etc. This puts the focus on my taking the correct actions to maintain a healthy lifestyle and the weight will come off naturally.
Other people may feel differently, so maybe we can set the focus on accomplishing our individual goals.
