It was not a good day for me as far as protein goes, I had help packing and just didn't take the time to stop and eat

I ate about 3 squares of breakfast casserole throughout the day for about 10 grams of protein each so there's 30

then my dinner was 1/2 a chili chili cheeseburger with no bun at red robin, I think that was probably about 40 gr so that puts me at 70

I am full and have no ice so no protein drink for me tonight 70 will have to for today - I'll be better tomorrow.

I did horrible with eating today.  Made myself an egg with cheese on a slice of low-cal whole wheat toast for breakfast and was only able to eat about two bites of it.  It just was icky!

Had a half of a turkey chef salad with low-fat Marzetti Ranch dressing for lunch - basically just ate some of the turkey and cheese off the top with a bit of lettuce.

Heated up some leftover homemade bean soup that my dad made for dinner and ended up eating maybe 1/2 cup - if even that much.  Had some K20 protein water and that's it.

I just could hardly force food down today.  Does anyone else have that issue at times?

I have that issue sometimes Debbie - not often but when it hits nothing sounds good and it is difficult to get in all my protein without protein drinks, good thing I like them.  Reading the accountability posts sometimes gives me good ideas for food.  Your bean soup sounds good so I think I'll have a little Campbells bean soup for lunch today.  Skipped lunch yesterday and didn't have my snacks either and fell way short on protein.  I am going to pick up ice today so I can have protein shakes if it continues.  It seems to only last a few weeks at a time for me and when it does I am grateful for those shakes.  Hope today is a better day for you (and me too)
