apparently not submitted....ugh...sigh

On Monday I got a call-or was it Tuessday??? Anywhooo, I got a call that they had not submitted. (I am a bit flustered as to why I was told they "HAD" submitted, but whatever).  When they told me that the paperwork had been sent I asked some questions; and she said the only thing that might bounce it back is that I have no current medical info...WHT??? My pcp at ft. knox had not sent anything. So, I said oh, ok. Well, I returned their call and now they say they WILL send it when they get some of that. I am going to Ireland Army Hosptial in person Monday to take care of it.  Hopefully they can send it sooooooon.... so I can be submitted soon.  But, in the mean time since it did not go then I have to get another extension on my referral....which will also be done on Monday- if I have anything to do about it.
   Please think happy thoughts for me. I am considerably more bumbed than I imagined I would be, but that is aniticipation, huh?

Who are you using??  Is it the Norton's group??  If they told you they submitted and then didn't I'd be raising three (or more) kinds of hell.....that's just not right!

I totally agree with Becca.. I'd be up there raising cain!!!! I'm sorry you so don't deserve this!

Oh Sol...thats so aggravating! I wish all the office personnel knew what it was like when they toy with our emotions like that. With as many of these surgeries that are done, you would think it would go soooo much smoother than it does. 
I do have to say that when I saw something come across my desk that involved WLS patients, they got top priority...shhhh dont tell!
I wish ya all the best dear. Just get thru the weekend and come Monday morning put on your Rambo gear, drive onto post and show em who's boss!!
