I hope no one minds that I started...I am sitting in the library doing homework and need the distraction of something different:
B: 2 cottage cheese pancakes w/yogurt topping, International SF/FF coffee w/skim milk
S: yogurt and orange
L: 2/3 Chipotle chicken salad bowl (no rice, no burrito, no dressing) 8 baked tostitos w/guacamole
S; skipped
D: 1 c cottage cheese
S: protein ice cream (of course!)
Fluids, more than 80 ounces
Exercise: NONE TODAY (bad girl)
Totals: Cals: 1100 Fat: 27.5 Carbs: 107 Pro: 99

OK, I've been a tad bad but I'll post anyway!!
B: My typical milk/coffee combo
S: a 2% string cheese
S: 2 (yeah, I know) 100 calories pack snack cakes
D: 2 crab rangoons and about 4 bites of Generals chicken
S: a tootsie roll pop (it took 4 licks)
I think there's been something else but I can't remember right now....i'll come back and edit once I remember....it likely is junk too but them TOM showed up today and i'm "Super *****" right now.....
ETA:
ROFL.....as soon as I hit submit I remembered I had a pure protein bar when I went to Kroger! That was between the string cheese and the snack cakes!
Glad today is over. I have worked for 10 days straight and am more than ready for my 4 day weekend. Going to kick start it by visiting my cousin in VA for her birthday tomorrow!

L: Classic Grilled Chicken from McD's (chicken only) (30g P)
D1: Cheese Manicotti (18g P)

I'm in a weight loss challenge at my gym and this week's goal is 5 days of exercise and to complete give up refined sugar. As you can see, I'm not doing the best at giving up sugar but I'm doing better than before anyhow.
B: Strawberry muffin
L: Lean Cuisine Chicken Club Panini, 10 baby carrots, 2 light sour cream
S: Apple
D: Manwich, 35 calorie bread, corn on the cob, lima beans
S: 4 Strawberries, 5 chunks pineapple, 5 grapes, large chunk of watermelon
I can still eat natural sugars so I substituted fruit for rice krispie treats-much more filling too.
