Oh I have been so good today -

breakfast 1 - 1 2x2 square breakfast casserole
breakfast 2 - 1 2x2 square breakfast casserole
lunch 1 - Wendy's small chili with cheese poured into a baked potato with
 sour cream
lunch 2 - McDonald's double cheeseburger minus bottom bun
snack - nutty bar
dinner - 2 4 oz burgers and 2 waffle fries
snack - dunno yet - maybe popcorn with butter or peanut butter with
apple sclices

And I was SOOOOO bad today (okay, not that bad...but not real good) :o)
B: 2 cottage cheese pancakes w/Light and Fit yogurt topping, SF/FF international coffee w/skim milk
S: yogurt and bite of turkey meatloaf
L: Shrimp creole (no rice) and 4 chicken wings
S: none
D: turkey sausage and whole wheat sweet potato gnocchi
S: protein ice cream

Exercise: 35 minutes circuit training
Fluids: 84 oz

Totals: Cals:  1167       Fat: 32        Carbs: 78       Pro: 122

No exercise today but may still do some-lazy, cold day.

I am still at work, but am trying to get on here to post.  I have missed being dedicated.  Hope everyone is doing well and staying warm!

Today's Intake:
B:  1/2 c. Rice Chex w/ 1% milk
L:   3 oz. ribeye steak
S:   Plum
D:  Handful of Cheez It Crackers, 1 small veggie egg roll, 3 oz. chicken
S:   Might do cereal w/ Rice Milk tonight

Dawn...looks like OH is just messed up tonight! Imagine that! I cannot believe I am actually able to even get on! I ate alot today but kept my cals down for what I ate.

Ummm not going to list today.. Been a bad bad girl... M&M's and all...Yikes!
Go to Dr. Allen tomorrow!!!
My husband has 3 days off during the week... ( works weekend shift) and I swear every time he's off.. I get into trouble..LOL going out... snacking...etc.. I like my NORMAL by my self ROUTINE!!!
