Hey where is Sarah's pancake breakfast this time?   And what time   I am wanting to get out of the house this weekend really bad.   I was suppose to go to Florence with Bobbi Saturday to Torrid at the Florence Mall since Beckas Party was cancelled but now Bobbi has cancelled our little outing so I am bummed  and looking for something to do

Do you want to ride with me to Elizabethtown since your day is free?  I may have to take Sarah since I will already be down that way and don't want to have to backtrack. Unless I can get another mom to give her a ride home!

Hey that sounds like fun... sure I would love to go....  I can have Bob drop me off at Applebees.  Hey could enjoy breakfast with us if he want and then I can hop in the van with you and go to the craft show...

Ladies - all this talk of pancake breakfasts!!!!   I guess lapbanders can eat stuff us RNY'ers cannot!!  I'm jealous!

Debbie lapband patients do not have dumping syndrome so we can have them, its not to say we should cause there is just down right big calories and no nutritional value as far as protein which is the biggest part of a lapband patients diet or should be anyway.   We have no malabsorption just consume smaller quanities of food like a RNY patient and restriction.  If you over eat  you will either be really miserable or it will come right back up.

So don't be jealous cause we all should be thinking health and weight loss

Yes..I can eat them but usually don't. I like blueberry and pecan...and only about a half of one is all I can handle. Just not very often. Now waffles.......we won't even talk about them!
