ACCOUNTABILITY: Tuesday Feb. 3, 2009
Very tired again this evening.
I have about 3 inches of snow on the ground and it is still snowing.
Today's Intake:
B: Baked Pork Chop, 1/2 biscuit w/ gravy (15g P)
S: Pear
S: Handful of Cheez-It Crackers (3g P)
L: Lean Gourmet Meatloaf and Potato dinner (12g P)
D: 4 oz. ribeye steak (26g P), 1/2 slice toast
Getting in plenty of exercise at work. I bet I am walking at least 3-5 miles a day - at a pretty fast pace too! I know my thighs are sore so I must be working some muscles - :)
Wow, just looking at your pics. You look wonderful. How are you feeling? My date is next week. Any advice for me. I have my last clearance appt today. I am getting excited. I have to say lurking around, it was neat that you posted your food intake. Gives me a better idea of what it looks like. Hope you are having fun in the snow. We had lots of ice here in Louisville. The snow just gave us an inch or so and moved on. After this winter, I am ready for spring.
B- 1/2 egg beater,bacon,1 slice cheese
L 4oz turkey meatload,2 tbsp horseradish sauce,1 oz pretzels
S-protein bar
D- 5 boneless chicken wings from pizza hut
IN between all that I had 2 ghiradelli chocolates.. ( sp) more pretzels, and some ice cream last night... ugh.. Just one of those days
Glad to see you on the KY board :) You are going to do great. I love my tool! During the first year, I have learned a lot........how to eat healthy again and to make some lifestyle changes. I feel like I have come to far to gain it all back.....so that is my focus - just to maintain my loss.
I like keeping my food logs - keeps me on track!
It is snowing here in eastern KY this morning. I have about 3-4 inches in my yard and it is still coming down.

Looooong day today....didn't want to motivate and the snow is becoming a chore (and a bore!)
B: 2 cottage cheese pancakes w/Lite n fit yogurt topping FF/SF international coffee w/skim milk
S: 2 oz ricotta pudding
L: White chicken chili w/RF mozzarella cheese and 10 baked tostitos scoops
S: string cheese
D: Turkey sausage and whole wheat sweet potato gnocchi
S: 1 tbsp peanut butter and scoop of protein ice cream
Exercise: 35 minutes circuit training
Fluids: 86 oz
Totals: Cals: 1085 Fat: 36 Carbs: 104 Pro: 81
