Hi Lee Ann,
 Just got power back today.  Trying to get back into the routine of eating better as a bandster.  Just been snackin and making poor food choices for myself, not getting in my protein like I should.  Trying to take care of the needs of others we sometimes lose ourselves.  All is better now and hopefully no more ice.  I have missed the boards.  Take care and I hope all is well with all of you.

Have had the most difficult time even getting on a computer this week!  I am working that 2-10 shift and got stuck at wor****il midnight tonight.  So much drama at work it isn't funny!  Makes it hard to eat when I need to sometimes.  I know I am getting my exercise in - that's for sure!

Anyone that has to drive tonight or in the morning - please be careful - lots of blac**** on the road and it is SLICK!
