ICE anyone?

Good grief, it's been so hot around here this past week, I've been thinking of opening the pool early....NOT.   Everyone ok?   Here in Etown we had a mess this past week.  Our power went out Monday night and didn't get back on till Sat.  But we made it.  We had a double sided fireplace and we stayed warm.  We camped out in the living rooms.  Adams dad, my mom and brother all stayed with us.  We shut off all the rooms that we didn't use and just camped.  Had plenty of food, water and heat.  Made it thru just fine.   Alot of ppl around here were hiking too hotels and to get generators but we made it thru with no problems.  Had some coil oil lamps and candles. It was quite the adventure.  Our internet decided to work today.  So far.  That could change anytime. It's been tempermental.  Schools around here are still out.  I think quite a few places, ppl are still without power.  I just wanted to check in and say I hope that u r all ok....Take care everyone.

NO MORE ICE OR SNOW !!!!! LOLwe did not lose power but wow it was a mess we have so many trees down it will take a few months to clean this mess up & it is calling for more SNOW tonight I want SUMMER some kind of heat lol ,pleaseeeeeeeee ,glad you all stayed warm & glad your power is back on take care be safe Becky

We have Bradford Pears up and down both sides of our property line and they all got broken.  Some broken in half and others just some limbs broken up.  Adam got a huge rick of firewood after he cut up all the limbs.  It was a mess and I hope it doesn't snow too much tonight.  I'm ready for summer myself lol.  Glad u and family r ok!
