One day and trembling

 Hi All,

I've got the "what am I doing to myself!" jitters.  I'm really not scared or regretful but just wanting this to be over at this point.  They have postponed my surgery time from 7 to 10 in the morning so at least I'll be able to put Andy on the bus (if they have school) and head off.  Dave is all excited because they are giving away Grand Slam breakfasts at Denny's across from the hospital.  I told him he could drop me off then swing back over for breakfast.  Actually he's been sweet and has taken off work all week to help me. After the last week of work he's had he's glad for the rest.

I'm getting him to take a before picture tonight as well as measurements so I can compare but is there anything else I should do to commemorate this historic moment?

I'll be anxious to see how much I've lost just in the past few days because you know the all liquid diet and the magnesuim citrate should make me clean as a whistle.

Thanks to all for the support and prayers and I'll post when I'm home.

Off to see the wizard....

CONGRATULATIONS!! IT IS GETTING CLOSE, THE ONE THING i WOULD DO IS TO MARK THIS MOMENT, BY SAVING THE OUTFIT YOU TAKE YOUR PICS IN, AND THEN NEXT YEAR, PUT THE SAME OUTFIT ON, AND TAKE A PIC, LOL, MY SURGIVERSARY IS NEXT WEEK, THE 12TH, AND I WISH  I HAD SAVED THE OUTFIT, I HAD MY PIC TAKEN

ARE YOU HAVING LAPBAND OR RNY? IF RNY, I WOULD SUGGEST TAKING A PILLOW FOR THE RIDE HOME, AND MAYBE SOME GASX STRIPS!!

Woo-Hooooo!  I was thinking about you this morning, knowing that your surgery was just around the corner.  You've already gotten some great advice here, so on with the best wishes:  Hope everything goes smoothly tomorrow and that you have a speedy recovery!!!  As I face my 6th graders at 10:00 in the morning, I'll be thinking of you!  Keep us posted on your progress!!!
