Accountability: Sat. Jan. 31, 2009
Hello everyone. I have missed being on here.
It has been a very busy week for me. Work is hectic. I am staying drained and exhausted. Work does that to me.
I have been trying to eat well and get my fluids in but it has been hard. I am working a different schedule this coming week and I dread it. 2 to 10 That wouldn't be bad but I won't get to see Donovan much. I even have to work tomorrow and miss Superbowl Sunday with him :(
Today's Intake:
B: 1/2 c. Honey nut Cheerios w/ 1% milk
L: 1 fish patty minus the breading, 5 French Fries (dumped on the grease!)
S: Handful of Cheez-it Crackers and peanuts
D: 3 oz. Grilled Pork Chop, 1/2 small baked potatoe
S: 1/2 Bagel w/ cream cheese and orange marmalade (feel dumping coming on again)
Off to bed for me now!

Hey Leslie, we have missed seeing you on here! I hope work gives you a little breathing room soon and I am sure Donovan understands-I am and have been a single parent for YEARS and you do what you have to do...no- you can't ever replace that time but you also have to provide for a roof and food and clothes and Donovan sounds like a wise, understanding boy...so I am sure he understands...make a silhouette mask of yourself from a pic you have, prop it on the back of the couch, and leave it with him for the game to let him know you would definitely be there if you could!!! LOL
B: 4 oz egg beaters, salsa, shredded cheese and RF sour cream on a tortilla-but didn't eat the tortilla
S: skipped
L: turkey meatloaf and steamed veggies
S: string cheese and 3 tbsp roasted soy nuts
D: white chicken chili with RF cheese and RF sour cream
S: 1 1.2 c smart food popcorn and protein ice cream
Exercise: Walking 1 hour and 35 minutes of circuit training
Fluids PLENTY---hit every bath room I could find while shopping!
