Did better today...yesterday became a blurrrrr from all the pizza king! I am not listing my dinner since it did not stay down long enough to count.

Hi Lee Ann - my day was so much better today!

breakfast - coffee with sf creamer, 1 square of hash brown casserole
snack - 1 square of hash brown casserole
lunch - 1 cup of chili with cheese
snack - 1/2 slice bread with 2 slices of cheese grilled in butter
dinner- 1/2 ribeye steak, a few bites of loaded mashed potatoes and a few bites of a chocolate chip mountain dessert thingee at Chili's
snack - a few peanut butter cookies and popcorn

Here goes:
B: 2 cottage cheese pancakes and 2 oz light-n-fit yogurt topping
S: hummus (3 tbsp) and 6 bagel crisps
L: steamed chicken and veggies and Chinese noodles
S: Skipped
D: Turkey meatloaf and mixed veggies
S; 2 tbsp soy nits and protein ice cream

Exercise: 37 minutes of circuit training
Fluids: more than enough
