What Happened to Thursday??? Anyone Accountable?

Hey!  We missed a day!  I guess those with power were waiting for those without power to start eh?    LOL
B: 2 cottage cheese pancakes w/yogurt topping
S: "Think Thin" protein bar
L: 5 bagel crisps and 3 tbsp Hummus
S: skipped
D: 5 oz turkey meatloaf and 2 oz steamed vegetables (pea pods, red potatoes and peppers)
S: Mint choc chip protein ice cream

Exercise: 32 minutes circuit training

Totals: Cals:   1027         Fat: 27                Carbs: 104                      Pro: 69
Fluids: more than 64 oz
