I am a little late in posting for yesterday, but then I don't see anyone rushing to beat me to the punch!!!  LOL
B: 2 cottage cheese pancakes w/ 2 oz yogurt topping
S: Skipped
L: 3 Bean veggie soup w/shredded cheese (low fat)
S: 1.5 oz  dry roasted peanuts and string cheese
D: 4 oz chicken breast and chicken tortilla soup with low fat sour cream
S: chocolate protein ice cream
  Exercise: 30 minutes on my bike and over an hour shoveling snow
Fluids, over 70 ounces
