Time from consult to submitting to insurance company

Hey there, I am starting to get a little worried/upset because my consult with Dr. Shina was January 13 and his office STILL has not submitted my file to the insurance company (Humana).  The last they told me was they were waiting on the transcriptionists to send them the dr.'s notes and then they could send it.  I think 15 days is a bit much to wait for that, don't you?  I am going to call them Thursday (they don't accept status calls on Wednesday) and see what the deal is.

  dana. im not sure about transcribing and all that.. but I know he was on vacation at the begining of the year? Maybe they are behind due to that?? Im not sure if that would cause a delay or not.. ???????
one good thing about it Humana approved mine fast like in a week fast..
