We are snowed in here for the second day in a row

Yesterday - I had to meet the home inspector to go over the house we have a contract on, go carpet shopping and spent most of the day here at home waiting on the computer repairman working on my new laptop.  He tried but didn't get it fixed, that's one of the reasons I haven't been here alot, well, that and the new house stuff

anyway trying to beat a stall so eating everything under the sun carbs and all has been the plan

Breakfast - protein drink
2nd breakfast - 3 eggs with toast
lunch - grilled cheese and bean soup
snack - 2 cowboy cookies, a bowl of doritos, a meatball
dinner - 3 more meatballs in homemade spagetti sauce
snack - another cowboy cookie, 2 bites of a zinger

today I am just tired of eating so I will go back to the regularly scheduled program of protein and good carbs avoiding the sugar - it really drags me down - amazing how after going without sugar for so long that you can feel it like this, after a few days of high carb eating I really feel like I have a hangover - bad thing is that I have no negative side effects (other than a few stinky farts, makes me fit in with all the stinky boys in my house).  The stall busters don't seem to work and nothing you guys have suggested cleans me out and gets me moving again.  I think I'll do Wii fit today and pack some more boxes for exercise too.

I know I seem very alien to you guys but I could really use some help busting this stall - if anyone has any advice - I'm listening - I really just want to lose 10 more lbs by 4/15 - not gonna happen at this rate -
I owed it to myself to research the duodenal switch before consenting to any other weight loss surgery and so do you.  Check out DSFacts.com and DuodenalSwitch.com for more information.  Remember think twice, cut once, revisions are risky and revision surgeons are rare.

Ok, I know we all have different surgeries but I am going out on a limb and say this.. Your body is playing catch up. You have lost alot of weight and at a fast pace and your body is screaming hey you let me catch up..
You know your getting in what you need, right? Im not sure about DS's requirements but I know you are.. Its hard but stick with it.. The sucky things about scales is that they move in their own sweet time and we drive ourselves nuts in the process.  My gosh Vicki you look amazing.. I have no doubt you will loose what you want and probably then some by april. The only thing you can do is keep on doing what your doing, eat the right things, exercise and drink fluids... you will get there!!!  so smile and show us house pics!! I want to build a house so damn bad.. But the economy has to take a turn first!!

Oh Dawn - I can't tell you how much this reply means to me.  I mean I am very happy where I am weight wise... for now- but I know I won't be happy if this is where I stay.  You are right 80 lbs in 9 months is alot and it is fast.  I do get in the right amount of protein but need to work on the liquids, more fat and getting in some exercise.  I will post a house pic as soon as I have a closing date - don't wanna jinx it - it has been an incredible year.  Thanks again, Hugs, Vicki

I can't speak for anyone else, but... yesterday I bought a bag of sugar free jelly bellys at walgreens and I ate about 2/3 of the bag (which was over one serving, but I just could't stop myself.  Well, talk about cleaning me out!!   These things got me started and didn't stop until I was empty!

mmmm I can think of worse ways to clean myself out - thanks for the hint - I might have to give that a try but today I am fixing my famous artichoke dip to munch on all day - hoping there is enough fat in that to get things moving in the right direction!
