B: 2 cottage cheese pancakes (that gut stuck and hurt like HECK trying to go down...ate too fast) w/ 2 oz yogurt
S: Ricotta pudding
L: Lo Carb tortilla with beans and chicken
S: 1.3 oz mixed nuts
D: 4 oz chicken cut up into 4 oz tomato soup
S: Protein Ice cream (my true vice now!)
Cals: 1067 Fat: 38 Carbs: 82 Pro: 101
Exercise: 32 Minutes circuit training
Fluids: > 80 oz

Sorry Dawn, but I couldn't post a reply to yours! I tried. I really tried and it wouldn't let me do it. Thought I was going to pull my hair out

That time of month has arrived and I am feeling quiet drained today. Not a lot of energy. Good thing that work is going to be easy this week as I have 3 days of annual training. Sweet.
When I got up this morning I weighed 141.6. Kind of scary. I have been trying to maintain at 145.
Went grocery shopping yesterday and saw a can of Manwich. I had not had one of those since I was a child. So I got stuff to make them today. My eyes were bigger than my stomach and I could only eat 1/2 of one! It was great!!!
Today's Intake:
B: Egg McMuffin minus 1/2 the muffin, SF Vanilla Latte w/ non-fat milk from McD's (18g P)
L: 1/2 of a Manwich :) (8g P)
S: 1/2 of a Manwich (8g P)
D: Manwich no bun (8g P)
S: SF Hot Chocolate and 4 BBQ Pork Rinds (no good protein)
S: String Cheese (8g P)
Not had much of an appetite today.
