Just like a man he's gone and lost 10 pounds since his fill adjustment 6 dang days ago!!!

He also put on his first pair of 38 waist pants this weekend!!

He's gone from a 44 waist to a 38 and is

27 FREAKIN' POUNDS FROM HIS GOAL of 200 lbs!!

The chart says a 6 foot fella needs to be 185 but he and I think 200 is a good place to aim.

way to go Mr. E, he will loose more that though I bet ya, its an addiction! lol. and men kill me how they loose so fast!!! I loose 2 or 3 he looses 10 ugh!!!!!!!

Some of those weight charts seem off the wall if you ask me. 185 lb. for a 6' man! Come on!
Hell, I was THRILLED to weigh 185 at 5'7!!!!!

YEE HAH!!!!! Congrats to Mr E....betcha he doesn't stop at 200??? LOL I have to laugh at those Slim Quick commercials because they are SOOOOO true.....he stops drinking regular soda and loses 40 pounds; I stop drinking regular soda and just get thirsty
