My scales and the ones are way off at the Gym.   So no more weighing except at Dr. Rod's office

 I weigh everywhere but my ticker is by doc shina's scales.. I wont change it till I see him.. My weight tracker on OH is by my scales.. I keep track of george scale weigh in's to make sure im on the right downward spiral., ya know?? But I dont change my ticker till I weigh in with him... ugh lots of confusing numbers. hahaha..
