sunday accountability post, january 25. I BROKE IT AGAIN!!
I am right there with you Dawn.... feeling bad with my leg that I just ate and not to mention worrying about roads Monday morning to go see Dr. Rod grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr I hate snow and winter and if the roads are bad I have to drive cause they will call off school and I refuse to take grandkids to Dr. with me so Bob will have to stay home with them and I try to drive on the roads and I am 1 person that should not be driving on slick roads believe me
OK, so basically the majority of us are still fighting the winter nibble demons, huh? I guess the best we can do is stay banded together and try to minimize our personal damage until we get our heads on straight. Grrr!! I think I really should have took them up on the offer of the fill last week. Maybe that would have helped me make a clean break and get my butt in gear!
I ate such an odd concoction today if I hadn't had my tubes tied I'd be wondering if I could be pregnant!!
Richard isn't eating though so I didn't bother to actually cook! Kinda wierd not to have the human garbage disposal tearing through the kitchen! He's lost either 8 or 9 pounds in 5 days!! The fill is fine but he's having a little trouble negotiating solids. Liquids and mushy are fine. About 2 or 3 bites of anything solids and he's full! LOL...he's also having the tight band in the morning thing! He gets up and takes a swig of COLD crystal light and it won't go down! He now understands what I go through and why I only drink my coffee/milk combo until about noon every day.
Enough chit chat!! Here's what I had today:
- Coffee/milk combo w/ SF syrup
- 2 or 3 sausage balls (Bob Evans pre-made)
- 2 or 3 more sausage balls
- bold and spicy chex mix (maybe a cup or so)
- 3 pieces of Sushi (crunch munch...bandster size would equal 6 bites)
- S/F jello w/ Lite whipped topping and a couple spoons of PB2 (maybe 1 1/2 cups)
Gosh, now that I've put it in print it doesn't really look like that much food although it certainly could have been healthier choices!

total 895 Low for me,
did 30 minutes workout on Wii Fitness coach cardio , and 15 minute upper body

I was terrible this weekend - scrapbooking weekend - no home cooking all carry out
I have a hard time trying to be accountable with you guys anyway because you are so good most of the time and I feel like a creep but, really, honestly, I need to star****ching what I put in my mouth so please shoot me when I eat like this
breakfast - 2 fried eggs, 1 buttered slice of toast and coffee with sf creamer
2nd breakfast - dairy queen ultimate hashbrowns, diet coke
lunch - slice of hometown special pizza and cheese fries with bacon and ranch dressing and half a nutty bar
dinner - leftover shrimp etoufee, 4 chicken taquito's, 2 sugar free chocolate pudding cups, 6 oreos and a big glass of milk
I know this happened because I didn't eat enough on friday and saturday at the scrap - so I intend to do 2 protein drinks a day for the next two or three days to help get my protein/satisfaction level back up.

Its like I told Vicki, Its the dang weather.. Im so tired of cold and not being able to go out for walks because Im freezing to death.. I cant take the cold anymore, last winter I walked in the cold, this year I cant do it.. I freeze to death.. ugh please come on warmer days.. I want to loose the last 16 or so pounds to his goal and then decide what to do about my goal... If I lose 20 pounds, I think, then I will be at 100 pounds lost... that would be 161 pounds.. so then why not go on and loose till 159 to be a normal body weight right? hehe. see how my mind works?
