New find for me (cocoa)

I have been trying to find a protein mix that I can stand. And I have been wanting some Hot Cocoa. Well I got some Nestle Fat Free Cocoa mix (this has less sugar than the no sugar added kind) . I just warmed up about 10 oz of water took a scoop of the Body Fortress Choc. Protein Mix and added the cocoa mix and shook it all up in a bottle I have. I have to say it is pretty good.

Where do you get the body fortress protein powder?  I went to Walmart but hated to buy that big hugh can if I didn't like it.

WalMart has it. Leslie gave me what she had left. To tell you the truth thats about the only protein powder I can stand. It is around 14.00 for that jug.

I buy GNC brand in a big red jug it is whey I like the choc ,I can only do that kind & also the premix in a ready to drink mix atkins is good also I like the royal choc & I EVEN PUT A LITTLE SUGARFREE CHOC SYRUP IN IT I buy the syrup at wallmart the cheap brand it is good

i dont see how you all take that nasty protein powder, i have not been able to drink it, i have not ever drank it since my surgery, i get my protein by eating meat its much easier for me than gagging and heaving , but im a weird eater, cant eat anything slimmy like pudding or jello.
