Sunday Accountability Post-Jan 25th
Well lets get this party started! Long day cleaning so I am ready to call it a night LOL
B: 2 Cottage cheese pancakes topped with 2 oz yogurt
S: Skipped
L: Peanut topped chicken (4 oz) and 1/2 cup steamed mixed veggies
S: String cheese and about 1/2 oz peanuts
D: Roasted chicken and green beans (4 oz and 1/2 cup)
S: Protein ice cream
Exercise: Heavy duty cleaning (about 400 cals burned)
Fluids: More than 80 oz
Totals: (Without backing out exercise)
Cals: 998 Fat: 29.7 Carbs: 75 Pro: 108

L: 3 oz. shrimp, 2 oz. chicken, 1/3 c. fresh melon (15g P)
D: 1/2 c. White Chicken Chili from Reno's (10g P ??)
S: 100 cal. pack of cookies - BAD
Haven't had much of an appetite today and have not been able to eat as much. Not sure why. Just really thirsty so I am sipping lots of water and SF lemonade.
If I need a snack later, I am going for a Protein Bar!
