I have a Kidney Stone

I went to the ER at KDMC today and sat 6 hours. I had to drink the nasty stuff and have a CT scan. Nothing is wrong with my stomace or intestines. Just a painful kidney stone. They told me it should be small enough for me to pass. It is 4 mm. I shouldn't have to have surgery to have it removed.

Lisa, Jeff's mamaw will be in Salyersville. I'm unsure of the arrangements at this time. Jeff isn't doing too good. He is over with his mom and he went to church tonight. I don't know if I will be able to go over any or not. Cause I'm in a lot of pain.

I know they are suppose to be really painful, but atleast it isnt something with your pouch!!!  I hope Jeff is ok, it is hard to lose someone you love, I have lost alot of family the last few years, I dont have a mom or dad or any grandparents, so I feel for him!!

Hope you are feeling better this morning and you get rid of that stone soon. 
I know how Jeff feels.  I lost my grandmother 2 christmas's ago and I still have a hard time some days.  She was like a mother to me.

Sorry about the kidney stone but at least you know it's not something with your pouch or intestines and I guess(?) it's good news that they think you can pass it although it sounds pretty painful to me .  So sorry about your husbands grandmother- you feel helpless enough when you feel that bad and this on top of it.  We're thinking of you.  Please keep us updated.

holli  i will pray for you and i will pray for jeff im sorry for your loss....the pain a kidney stone produces is worse than childbirth lol or at least it was me hang in there i hope it passes soon

I agree ! This pain is much worse than my csection was. I just took lortabs. I'm hoping it will ease the pain soon. I'm trying to move around alot to see if I can jar it out. LOL
