Today was a day of eating out, so I did the best I could:
B: chicken/beans /salsa with 10 RF wheat thins
S: Protein pudding
L: Egg drop soup (1/2 c) w/rice noodles, steamed chicken and vegetables
S: none
D: 2 pieces chicken quesidilla w/guacamole and bacardi limon in tonic water
S: Miller Chill

Exercise: None except ADLs

Totals:    Cals:   1277        Fat: 44      Pro: 78        Carbs: 102

Todays intake is 64 ounces water.  and 1344 before exercise and 1129 after exercises.. I bought this pilates bar and I have a whole other post on it! omg!!

Just got home from work.  I am tired.  Feet and legs are swollen.

Today's Intake:

B:   apple w/ 1 TBSP P-nut butter (6g P) - Dumped .....  TOO MUCH SUGAR in that apple
L:   3 oz. grilled steak strips (24g P), chips and salsa
S:   Pretzels w/ cheese (6g P)
D:   WW Smart Ones Four Cheese Pizza (18g P)
D2: 1 c. Raisin Bran w 1% milk (10g P)

piece of homeade chocolate candy, I know I shouldnt have, but it had black walnuts in it , lmao
