I was just thinking it would be nice to be able to contact some people from closer by than California and then I found the KY forum.  Great!  Unfortunately, I don't live near any big city, but I do have five people that I work with that have all had WLS, so we have our own sort of support group.  I am about one month out and I was wondering what kind of exercise everybody does.  I used to love aerobics, but the closest gym with aerobics classes is 30 minutes away, which for now doesn't fit very well into my schedule.  What does every body recommend for someone who has been away from exercise for a pretty good while?

Welcome!  I love the Leslie Sansone Walk away the pounds videos.  Once you get more advanced, she has others (my favorite "advanced" one is Walk/Jog.)  You do it all in the comfort of your own home.  It's amazing how you can lose just walking back and forth in your living room!
