ok i have only one piece of equipment a gazelle and i hate to exercise...i have 3 kids home due to snow days so i have to exercise around them and  cant get going for 2 minutes with out having to stop and make them leave me alone ...and if i do 15minutes on the gazelle equals 1 mile on the lil pedometer it has on it ...would u use the gazelle and constantly get on and off for 15 mintues or just do regular exercises on the floor?

My theory is, if you have it, use it. Maybe at night when the munchkins are in bed.

Gwen gazelle is a great cardio workout and you can do cardio as long and as many times a day as you want.   The strengthening exercises are only recommended by fitness individuals every other day unless you want to become a body builder   lol.  Work that gazelle its good exercise and good for your heart and jump start you weight loss

Used to have one....if you lean back, you really concentrate on the hamstrings and upper back muscles and biceps; if you lean forward on it you really work the chest, triceps and upper thighs.  You can also stand sideways on it and work your inner thighs (ugh)
