Had a fill Monday afternoon so liquids...all day Tues:
B: Protein Pudding
S: Nectar (Protein) water
L: 5 oz tomato soup (made w/skim milk) and grated Parmesan cheese
S: Pistachio Pudding made with LF Ricotta cheese
D: 6 oz tomato soup as above
S: 4 oz protein ice cream
Tried to sip a Mich Ultra but the bubbles KILLED me...only got about 3 oz in before I gave up!

Exercise: 25 minutes cycling

Totals (including 3 oz Michelob Ultra LOL):
Cals:   705               Fat: 8.6                      Protein: 83                   Carbs: 66

I can't drink beer- never was a beer drinker............but I tolerate Mike's Hard Lemonade!  :)
