Today's Intake:

B:  Sausage Burrito (27g P)
L:  Cheese Manicotti (12g P)
D1: Egg McMuffin (18g P)
D2: 3 Brocolli Florets, string cheese (8g P), and 3 oz. Baked Chicken (21g P)
S:   Slim A Bear Ice Cream Sandwich  (3g P)

Exercise :   No time today.  I even brought paperwork to do at home :(

 got a fill today so mostly liquids here...I did have a nacho supreme for lunch. didnt eat it all...
 potatoe soup for dinner and three bottles of water. ohhhh two oreos before my appt.. didnt bother to daily plate it for that.. too much work.. loll

I poster earlier that I was ashamed of what I ate yesterday that being Jan.20th. but I thought, if I am gonna do this right, I better post what I ate, I mean shame on me, but some days, not very often, I just want to eat and eat. some days, doesn't bother me in the least, may be my nerves.
