Introducing: Pebbles and BamBam
For those of you *****member my complaints a couple weeks ago about abdominal pains and trying to get my doctor appointments lined up so I'd have my ultrasound prior to seeing Doctor Larson.....well, the results are in!! I just got home from seeing The man himself.
I've got two lil nuggets of joy floating around in there. I've decided to name them Pebbles and BamBam!! I now have to wait on Dr. Larson's nurse to call the coordinators at the hospital to get it scheduled.
My doc likes to do it as a 23-hour-hold so it looks like I'll be getting an overnight stay out of the deal.
Oh yeah, I was asked if I wanted a fill today and I turned them down!! I never thought that would happen in a million yers. This stall in weightloss i'm having is a direct result of my haed games and not the band. I'll consider a fill in a few more weeks and after the birth of Pebbles and BamBam.
Edited for clarification: I'm talking about twin gall stones NOT babies as someone on the band board was thinking!!

Is it group time already?? Wow, they come up fast sometimes!
I'm thinking I'll just stay home this time as It really does mess with Gracie's homework/bath/bedtime routine. Maybe during the school months I need to keep it to once a month to make things easier since she gets too restless. I know she's not bad at meetings but she's certainly not as quiet as a church mouse either!
I'm not sure when he'll want to get me scheduled for surgery. Likely though it won't be this week. I'm betting either next Friday or the following Friday. If I go for a Friday it'll be easier for me to get someone to watch Gracie since he'll want me there overnight.
He didn't ask where I wanted to have it done either. My preference would be for Suburban but I bet he's thinking Downtown.

oh no, glad you got the news though - it has to help knowing what it is and that it will be taken care of soon. Anything you need???

I think I'm pretty well set though. I'm lucky right now in that I'm not really having any pain, just a bunch of belching and some pressure build-up. So long as Pebbles and BamBam stay put in their little home i'm fine. Now if they start traveling it'll be another story....

you have the right idea Leelee you bring the s'mores, I bring the rum and we will have it made and pjs and pillows in hand..... The hospital will just have to get over it cause we are family and we stick together like glue.
