Around 1010 calories... not sure on the chicken salad...

ran with char all day then came home and did some of todd's chores to take a load off him.. im kinda tired... Dr.Shina tomm.. so liquids till I cant take it tomm afternoon...

Brrrrrrrr, still so cold today!   BUT I started my morning with 30 minutes on my bike, so maybe the cycle legs are coming back (now I just have to get the cycle "butt" back...ouch.....  LOL)
B: 2 small cottage cheese pancakes topped with LF yogurt
S: skipped
L: 10 wheat thins with chicken and re fried beans w/LF sour cream
S: Beef broth with 1 oz cheese
D: Protein ice cream (8 0z)

Cals: 557            Fat: 14.3             Carbs: 56                      Pro: 51

Exercise: 30 minutes cycling, 35 minutes resistance training

Fluids: Stopped counting at around 100 ounces

Snack:  1/2 cup sunflower kernels
L:   1 bowl homemade chicken broth w/amish noodles and organic spinach
D:   Cookies & Creme protein shake w/banana
Snack:  pink grapefruit

An OK day.  Got off to a rocky start but the day gradually got better. 
Had lunch at Applebee's with Donovan followed by him kicking my butt in a game of Monopoly.
Did some paperwork in effort to make my work day tomorrow go by more smoothly. 
Got 2 loads of laundry  done.
Trying to wind down and get ready for bed within the next hour.

Today's Intake:

B:  Protein Bar (15gP)
L:  Applebees' - 2 hot boneless chicken wings, the Weigh****chers Steak and Portobella meal but only had 3 bites of potatoes and 2 bites of the brocolli  (40g P total)
S:  string cheese (8g P), chips and salsa
D: 1/2 c Raisin Bran and 1/2 c. 1%milk (8g P)

Hi everyone.  This is what I ate today.

B:  Blueberry Muffin
S:  None
L:  Spaghetti and Meat Sauce
S:  Rice Krispie Treat
D:  Wendy's Mandarin Orange Grilled Chicken Salad
S:  Rice Krispie Treat

Total of 1271 calories

Exercise:  1 hour zumba (burned around 650 calories)

I started my weight loss challenge class tonight.  One thing that she said that really hit home was not to sit for over 2 hours at a time. 

Dawn, thanks for all your help.  I've tried everything and it still has that grid on there.  It's easier just to type it than fight that thing.

LAURA.. I FIGURED IT OUT!!!
it shows the quanity when you copy it.. (mine does this)
when you paste it, it looks perfectly normal...
So try it once and see how that works!! I told them at support group that I wanted a realize code to snoop on their website! not fair they have their own lil world!!! ahahhaha

Thanks Dawn.  I'll try it today and see if it works.  I do use the realize site more than the daily plate site but all your meals don't show at once so it would be harder to copy if it would let me copy it at all.
