Happy Sunday Evening Everyone!
I slept in this morning and I actually slept all night for the first time in WEEKS.  Feels wonderful.
It is official.  The house is on the market and the For Sale signs are up!
May take a year to sell, but at least I have got that ball rolling.

Today's Menu:

B:  1 slice toast w/ 1 TBSP PNB and 1tsp grape jam (6g P)
L:  1 c. bean soup w/ corn bread and onion (10g P)
D1:  Lean Cuisine Chicken and Spinach Alfredo (12g P) and 1 string cheese (8g P)
D2:  3 oz. NY Strip (24g P)  and 1/2 c. steamed veggies (that's what 5 bites ???)
S:     Homemade Breakfast Burrito w/ turkey sausage, scrambled egg, and cheese on high protein wrap (22g P)

Exercise:   40 minutes of calisthenics, 10 min. dance toning, and lots of house cleaning!  I am TIRED!

Hi all, I finally felt confident enough to put back on some bike shorts so my Road Bike returned to its crowning place of honor in the middle of my living room today on the trainer.  After riding 110+ miles in a day two years ago, I could only last 20 minutes on it today....but hey....baby steps right?
Also did 25 minutes of core strengthening on a balance ball (okay, I did more falling off than I did strengthening, but falling down and getting up can be construed as exercise, right?)
Today's food journal:
B: 2 small cottage cheese pancakes w/1 oz yogurt topping
S: 1 c microwave LF popcorn
L: Lo carb tortilla, 2.5 oz turkey, 2 ounces LF cheese (grilled like a grilled cheese -n- turkey) with salsa
S: 1 tbsp PB, 1 string cheese and 10 RF wheat thins
D: Chicken Tortilla soup 6 oz with 1 tbsp RF sour cream
S: Choc protein ice cream

2 Multi Vits, 1 b-12 and 88 oz fluids

Cals: 1006,                                  Fat: 39,                       Carbs: 74                        Pro: 89
